Delivery area and charges
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. A complete street address, city, state and ZIP code are required for shipping. Choose an available delivery option before payment. Contact us for other destinations or special delivery needs. Charges and applicable taxes are shown before payment.
Available delivery options
Standard Shipping: $3.95 (free on merchandise subtotals of $100.00 or more); estimated transit 3–7 business days after dispatch. Express Shipping: $7.95. Free Shipping: $0.00.
Production and transit
Unless a product lists a different preparation estimate, our expected dispatch or pickup preparation time is within 7 calendar days after payment. A mixed order uses the longest product preparation estimate. Shipping transit estimates, when provided, begin after dispatch and are separate from preparation time. Tracking details are added to your account when your order ships.
Local pickup
Pickup is available only when offered at checkout. Your confirmation records the selected location, price and instructions. Wait for a ready-for-pickup email before collecting and bring your order confirmation. Pickup orders are not shipped. Contact us if you need to arrange a different collection time or if preparation is delayed.
If a shipment will be delayed
We will notify you before the promised dispatch date when a delay becomes known, explain the revised expected date and offer cancellation with a prompt refund for unshipped goods. We request your express consent for a delay. If you decline, or we do not receive consent by the stated deadline, we will cancel the unshipped goods and initiate a refund. Additional delays require a new notice and consent.
Delivery problems
Contact info@mrowlcustomdesigns.com if tracking shows a delivery problem, missing package or transit damage. Keep available packaging and photos so we can investigate. This does not limit your legal rights. Please review your full delivery address before payment; address changes after shipment may not be possible.
