We collect information you provide when requesting a quote, creating an account, saving favorites or ordering: contact details, shipping and billing information, order details, personalization/artwork, account credentials in protected form and support messages. We also process essential session data and limited security and transaction logs.
How we use and share information
We use this information to provide quotes, verify accounts, process orders, deliver products, prevent fraud and provide support. We share necessary information with our payment processor Stripe, our tax rate provider Geoverio, hosting and email providers, and delivery carriers. The tax provider receives a ZIP code or delivery address to determine regional rates; payment card information is not sent to the tax provider. Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy policy. We do not store full card numbers. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect lawful rights.
Cookies and advertising
Essential cookies keep your account session and shopping bag working. Optional Google advertising/conversion tags load only after you allow optional cookies using Cookie choices. You can refuse or withdraw permission at any time. Global Privacy Control is treated as an opt-out for optional tracking. We do not sell customer lists. Optional advertising services may constitute sharing under some state laws; they are off unless permitted.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed to fulfill orders, support customers, meet recordkeeping requirements and resolve disputes. We use access controls, protected password storage and encrypted connections. No system can promise absolute security. We restrict access to customer information to authorized personnel and service providers.

You can view order history and favorites in your account. To request access, correction, deletion or other applicable privacy rights, contact info@mrowlcustomdesigns.com. We may verify identity and may retain information required for tax, fraud prevention or other legal obligations. Rights and exceptions depend on your location and applicable law. We will not discriminate for exercising applicable rights. You may contact us to appeal a privacy decision where applicable.
Children and communications
This store is intended for adults placing orders, not for children under 13. Do not submit children’s personal information unnecessarily. Account verification, password resets and order updates are transactional emails. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing.
