• Upon order placement, customers agree to the quoted price, design specifications, and delivery timeline.

3. Payment Terms

4. Design Approval

• Customers will receive a digital proof of the design for review and approval before production.
• Once approved, the design is considered final, and changes may not be possible.

5. Turnaround Time and Delivery

• Standard turnaround time for embroidery/printing is 10–14 business days after payment confirmation.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Any delays or issues during shipping are not the responsibility of Mr.Owl Custom Designs.

6. Quality Assurance

• We maintain strict quality control measures. In the event of any defects in the final product, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt for resolution.

7. Refunds and Returns

• Customized products are non-refundable or returnable.

8. Intellectual Property

• Customers must ensure they have the legal right to reproduce any copyrighted or trademarked designs.
• Mr.Owl Custom Designs reserves the right to refuse any design that violates intellectual property laws.

9. Data Privacy
